Home cure for dengue death sting

It could be a miracle cure for dengue. And the best part is you can make it at home.

The juice of the humble papaya leaf has been seen to arrest the destruction of platelets that has been the cause for so many deaths this dengue season.
Ayurveda researchers have found that enzymes in the papaya leaf can fight a host of viral infections, not just dengue, and can help regenerate platelets and white blood cells.

Scores of patients have benefited from the papaya leaf juice, say doctors.

Papaya has always been known to be good for the digestive system. Due to its rich vitamin and mineral content, it is a health freak's favourite. But its dengue -fighting properties have only recently been discovered.

Chymopapin and papin - enzymes in the papaya leaf - help revive platelet count, say experts.

Method

2 Pcs Fresh Papaya Leavesjust cleaned and pound and squeeze with filter cloth. You will only get one tablespoon per leaf.. So two tablespoon per serving once a day. Do not boil or cook or rinse with hot water, it will loose its strength. Only the leafy part and no stem or sap. It is very bitter and you have to swallow it like "Won Low Kat". But it works.

Health Benefits of Lemon Water .

I've always been a big "water drinker". I drink 2 to 4 litres of water each day, without even realising it. To enjoy additional health benefits, I've recently decided to add lemon to my drinking water.

Why drink lemon water
Lemon is an  inexpensive rich source of vitamin C. It also contains vitamins like vitamin B, riboflavin and minerals like calcium, phosphorus, magnesium as well as  dietary fiber, and antioxidant. Lemon is low in calories (29 calories per 100 g), one of the lowest among citrus group. Lemon juice consists of about 5% citric acid (a natural preservative) that gives a tarty taste to lemon.

The best time to take lemon water
While lemon water may be taken at any time of the day, drinking lemon water first thing in the morning has amazing benefits. Your body is literally on a fast while you are asleep and is in a mild dehydration state when you wake up. Unlike coffee which is loaded with the diuretic caffeine, lemon water can re-hydrate your body within minutes of drinking it. Many people say they feel energised quickly after drinking lemon water in the morning. It is less sugary that orange juice and a great healthy and economic way to wake you up!

Why drink lemon water

1. Boosts immune system: Because of its rich Vitamin-C content, lemon water strengthens your immune system and helps prevents illness. Vitamin-C also has healing properties.

2. Supports the digestive system: Lemon water helps your liver to produce bile which digests fat for easier absorption and elimination.

3. Promotes clear skin: Your inner health is reflected on the surface of your skin. Depending on what you feed your body, what you eat or drink may nourish or be harmful to your skin. Drinking lemon water effectively cleans your bowel of harmful waste and toxins so that with regular consumption, your skin will be healthy and blemish-free.

4. Assists with weight loss: A regular intake of lemon water promotes elimination, and it has also been studied that lemon can help you lower the absorption of sugars from the food you eat simply because of its high acidic content
